These terms set out the general conditions for using the website and contacting HMATIAS – Prestação de Serviços SU, LDA commercially. Specific conditions for each work, service, product or supply are defined in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, contract or commercial confirmation.
1. Website information
Website content is institutional and commercial. HMATIAS seeks to keep information current, but availability, specifications, prices, lead times and conditions may change or require confirmation.
2. Products, prices and stock
Any product information or price references displayed on the website are indicative and do not, by themselves, constitute a binding commercial offer. Before confirming an order, HMATIAS validates product, specification, quantity, availability, transport, delivery location, lead time and applicable conditions.
3. Quotation and sourcing requests
HMATIAS Clean and HMATIAS Supply systems allow users to structure requests with multiple items, references, specifications and quantities. Submitting this information represents a request for information, research or quotation rather than an automatically accepted order. A transaction is only considered confirmed after HMATIAS communicates the final conditions and the client accepts them.
4. Requests by WhatsApp, e-mail or form
A message prepared by the website and sent by WhatsApp or e-mail is reviewed by the user before sending. The website does not automatically conclude contracts, orders or payments.
5. Delivery and transport
Costs, delivery area, timing and transport method are defined according to location, quantity, product availability and the nature of the supply.
6. Business Services and appointment requests
Administrative and business support services are quoted individually following an assessment of scope, volume, complexity and deadline. The appointment form requests a preferred time only; the date and time are confirmed solely through explicit communication from HMATIAS.
7. Construction, facilities and supply
Construction, maintenance, facilities, procurement and business supply depend on scope assessment. Where applicable, execution follows a specific quotation, proposal or contract.
8. Third-party brands and suppliers
References to third-party products, brands, suppliers or websites are used for commercial or technical identification where relevant. They do not imply partnership, representation, exclusivity or institutional authorisation unless such a relationship is formally established.
9. Product use
Clients should follow the manufacturer's instructions, precautions, labelling and recommendations for each product. Commercial descriptions on the website do not replace instructions on packaging or technical documentation.
10. Payment
The website does not provide checkout or online payment processing at this stage. Payment conditions are communicated by HMATIAS in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or commercial confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated or subject to third-party rights, the website's original source code, text, structure, implemented visual identity, graphics, documentation, photographs owned by HMATIAS and other original content made available through this website are protected and reserved to HMATIAS – Prestação de Serviços SU, LDA.
