Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the general conditions for using the website and contacting HMATIAS – Prestação de Serviços SU, LDA commercially. Specific conditions for each work, service, product or supply are defined in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, contract or commercial confirmation.
1. Website information
Website content is institutional and commercial. HMATIAS seeks to keep information current, but availability, specifications, prices, deadlines and conditions may change or require confirmation.
2. Products and prices
Prices presented as references do not, by themselves, constitute a final confirmation of sale. Before purchase, the product, format, quantity, stock, transport, delivery location and other applicable conditions are confirmed.
3. Requests by WhatsApp or e-mail
A message sent by WhatsApp, e-mail or form represents a request for information or quotation. A transaction is considered confirmed only after HMATIAS communicates the final conditions and the client accepts them.
4. Delivery and transport
Costs, delivery zone, timing and transport method are defined according to location, quantity, product availability and the nature of the supply.
5. Administrative services
Published HMATIAS Business Services prices are reference values. Final pricing depends on volume, complexity and deadline. These services do not include legal, accounting or other professionally reserved acts.
6. Construction, facilities and supply
Construction, maintenance, facilities, procurement and business supply depend on scope assessment. Where applicable, execution follows a specific quotation, proposal or contract.
7. Third-party brands and suppliers
References to third-party products, brands, suppliers or websites are used for commercial or technical identification where relevant. They do not imply partnership, representation, exclusivity or institutional authorisation unless such a relationship is formally established.
8. Product use
Clients should follow the manufacturer's instructions, precautions, labels and recommendations for each product. Commercial descriptions on the website do not replace the instructions on packaging or technical documentation.
