3. Form and WhatsApp
The main website form prepares a message and opens WhatsApp so the visitor can choose whether to send it. Final sending occurs through WhatsApp and is subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy.
4. Virtual assistant
The website provides a virtual assistant for initial guidance on services, products and quotation requests. Messages sent to the assistant may be processed through technological infrastructure used by HMATIAS to generate a response. Do not send passwords, banking data, identity documents or other sensitive information through the assistant.

The website may include links to external services such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn. When opening those pages, the respective providers' terms and policies apply.
6. Retention and access
