A 140 m² warehouse with a dedicated side access corridor and a front yard for vehicle manoeuvring and loading.

Space for customer service, recording incoming and outgoing goods, and coordinating daily operations.
Current project status. The project remains at preliminary site-layout stage. These dimensioned concept studies do not replace the architectural and engineering designs, statutory approvals or construction documents required before work begins.
Before construction, the selected option must be developed using a verified topographic survey, confirmed plot boundaries and statutory setbacks, together with architectural, structural, drainage, fire-safety and building-services designs.
